Abstract: 
The United Nations has decided to hire Kroll Associations to uncover the financial network on which Unita rebels rely to support a protracted war against the Angola Government. The U.N. will pay Kroll Associates approximately $80,000 for a 16-week investigation. The U.N. hopes Kroll will uncover enough information to freeze Unita’s assets and discover which financial institutions break sanctions by dealing with the funds of Unita.
