Abstract: 

        On January 27, 2013, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) and the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) released a report titled Treatment of Conflict-Related Detainees in Afghan Custody One Year On[1], which states that efforts to stop torture and other impermissive and coercive treatment of conflict-related detainees in Afghan custody have not improved.
