The United Nations Compensation Commission has issued new forms to be used for filing individual and business claims against Iraq resulting from its illegal invasion and occupation of Kuwait. Form D, prepared by the Commission and distributed by the State Department in late June, is to be used by individuals for filing claims over $100,000.
