Abstract:

On January 16, 2017, the Ukrainian Government has filed an application in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) instituting proceedings against Russian Federation. Ukraine alleges the violations of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (TF Convention) and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD).
