Abstract:

On June 7, 2012, the U.K. Supreme Court published an opinion issued May 23, 2012, allowing Kevin Halligen, a British citizen against whom an extradition order was made, to make the appeal despite a defect in his serving the British government a notice of his appeal.[1]
