Abstract: 
On May 12, 2015, the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) brought additional charges as part of its ongoing investigation of Alstom Network UK Ltd.  In addition to the charges that were announced as part of phase three in April 2015, the SFO has charged Jean-Daniel Lainé.  On May 12, he appeared, together with Michael John Anderson, 54, and representatives of Alstom Network UK Ltd, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.  The court has set the matter for trial at Southward Crown Court.
