Abstract:
On November 7, 2011, a Trinidad and Tobago court issued a 57-page judge, denying extradition to the U.S. of businessmen Ishwar Galbaransingh and Steve Ferguson on charges concerning corruption on the construction of the Piarco airport on the basis that it would be “unjust, oppressive and unlawful.”1
