Swiss Supreme Court Defines Cooperation in Export Control Cases

Having already determined that judicial assistance may be granted the United States in export control cases notwithstanding Swiss Ordre Public, the Swiss Supreme court recently found an opportunity to further define the approvability of U.S. judicial assistance requests for export control violations in a case involving the alleged diversion of U.S. originating helicopters to North Korea.
