Abstract:
On June 25, 2015, in simplified proceedings, the Swiss Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) approved the extradition to Naser Oric to Bosnia and Herzegovina. For reasons of security and privacy, the FOJ said it was not providing information on the timing of the surrender.
