Abstract:
On March 15, 1991 the Federal Department of Justice and Police in Born, Switzerland brought a new bill against organized crime activities and money laundering up for discussion. The twenty-six cantons, the political parties and interested organizations are invited to comment on the proposal up to June 30, 1991. Up to now founding or being members of a criminal association is no offence under Swiss federal laws.
