Abstract: 
On March 2, 2009, the Stop Tax Haven Abuse Act (STHAA) was introduced as S. 506 and H.R. 1265 on the following day in the 111th Session of the U.S. Congress. The bill is quite similar to its counterpart introduced in the prior session of Congress.
