Abstract:
The Internal Revenue Service in its Manual Transmittal 9781-88 of November 6, 1986 has provided supplemental information on the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) records. EPIC is a multi-agency operation which collects information on the investigations and prosecution of narcotics traffickers, gun smugglers, and alien smugglers.
