Abstract:
On May 8, 2013, Spain’s national court denied the request of the Swiss government to extradite Herve Falciani, a former employee of HSBC private bank in Geneva to Switzerland, where he is charged with stealing and revealing client information known as the “Lagarde List”.[1]
