Abstract: 
South Africa has asked the UN to delay adding two South African nationals to the 1267 Committee’s list of individuals and entities associated with al Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, and the Taliban, in order to review the accuracy and appropriateness of the proposed designations. The U.S. and other governments proposed the listing of Johannesburg dentist Junaid Dockrat, his cousin Farhad Dockrat, a cleric from Pretoria, and Sniper Outdoors CC, a camouflage company owned by Junaid.
