Abstract: 
A resolution sponsored by Senators Jesse Helms (R-N.C.) and John F. Kerry (D-Mass.), S.J. Resolution 90, 91, and 92, resolutions of disapproval of Presidential certification that the Bahamas, Mexico and Panama (three of the nineteen countries which were certified) have fully cooperated with the U.S. in anti-drug efforts, were reported out on March 26.
