Sec. of Int'l Law, ABA, Rejects Resol. to Oppose Death Penalty

At its meeting on August 8, the Council of the Section of International Law and Practice, American Bar Association unanimously passed a resolution opposing a resolution introduced by Owen Meredith Smaw, Nashville, Tennessee “To Oppose the Death Penalty Internationally.”
