Abstract:
On May 8, 2013, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Fatou Bensouda delivered the fifth report to the UN Security Council on the Office of the Prosecutor's (OTP) investigation in Libya.[2] In her statement, the prosecutor updated the Security Council on cooperation with the Libyan government and addressed Libya's challenges to the admissibility of the ICC cases against Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and Abdullah Al-Senussi, as well as ongoing investigations into grave crimes allegedly committed both sides during Libya's civil war.
