Proposed Bank Secrecy Regulations Expand Reporting and Contract Notice to Customers

A proposed regulation to the Bank Secrecy Act broadens the powers of law enforcement officials.  If adopted the proposed rule authorizes the Treasury to require the reporting of completed as well as future transactions.
