Presidential Commission on Organized Crime Reports on Drug Trafficking

On March 13, 1986, the President's Commission on Organized Crime, whose mandate has now expired and is now extinct, promulgated a report, entitled "America's Habit: Drug Abuse, Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime."  The report examines the organized crime groups that traffic in illicit drugs.
