Abstract:
The Police Executive Research Forum announced on January 5, 1988, that it has entered into a $1.625 million cooperative agreement with the federal Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). The Forum is a national membership organization composed of law enforcement chief executives from the nation’s largest jurisdictions.
