Abstract:
On February 1, 2007, Carlos Briceño, the anti-corruption attorney for the Peruvian government, announced that his government would present its final dossier of evidence to the Chilean government on February 4 in support of its extradition request for former president Alberto Fujimori. According to a media report, Briceño said that the Peru’s evidence submission would be delivered to Alfred Etcheberry in Chile.
