Abstract:
The Paraguayan Government has requested that the United States extradite Uruguayan citizen Gustavo Gramont Bereres, the ex-Ambassador of dictator Alfredo Stroessner in Geneva. Mr. Gramont is accused of having swindled US $120 million from Paraguay.
