Abstract: 

On May 7, 2014, Richard J. Driscoll, Office of Legal Advisor, U.S. Department of State, introduced and moderated a panel on U.S. government efforts to combat wildlife trafficking.  The program was organized by the Public International and Criminal Law Committee, Section of International Law, D.C. Bar, in cooperation with the American Bar Association’s Section on Environment and Energy.  In attendance were fourteen heads of national park rangers who have responsibility for preventing and combating wildlife trafficking in their countries.
