OECD Report on Tax Havens and Preferential Tax Regimes

The Committee on Fiscal Affairs (CFA) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), on June 26, 2000, issued a 30-page report entitled Towards Global Tax Cooperation (a Report to the 2000 Ministerial Council Meeting and Recommendations by the Committee on Fiscal Affairs, Progress on Identifying and Eliminating Harmful Tax Practices).
