Abstract: 
The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has criticized the inadequate implementation and enforcement by the United Kingdom government of its obligations as a signatory to the OECD anti-bribery convention. According to an OECD report, on which the media has also commented, the U.K. effort to implement the treaty suffers from inadequate laws, poor enforcement, and lack of prosecutions.
