Abstract:
The Obama Administration continues to try to find ways to release Guantánamo detainees.   On April 19, 2012, it released two Uigur detainees and resettled them in El Salvador.[1]  Meanwhile, the tension continues to build between the U.S. and Canada over whether Canada will accept the application of Canadian national Omar Khadr to transfer to Canada.[2]
