Abstract:
As part of the implementation on the "Strenghtening of Justice Systems and Judiciaries" during the meeting of the heads of state and government at the Second Summit of the Americas, held in Santiago, Chile, in 1998, the Ministers of Justice or Ministers or Attorneys General of the Americas have taken steps to establish "a justice studies of the Americas".
