The Nicaraguan Government Minister reported to the press on March 24 his government’s intention to request extradition of five individuals who seized the Nicaraguan Embassy in Costa Rica on March 8. Minister Alfredo Medieta specifically referred to Manual Urbina Lara and Guillermo Oporto Reyes and stated that their extradition had been requested.
