Abstract:
"Benjamin" is the name of a Swiss police operation with many branches throughout Europe. Starting in early 1991, the operation recently produced first results which the Swiss Attorney General, Willy Padrutt, discussed. "Benjamin" illustrates how international prosecution can be coordinated effectively to keep up with organized crime.
