Nepal Arrests and Returns Fugitive to New Mexico

 Special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) escorted Neil Stammer, 47, from Nepal to Albuquerque International Sunport on a flight that arrived July 19, 2014.  Stammer was a former Albuquerque resident whom the FBI sought since 2000 on a charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution
