Abstract:
On July 6, 1999, British NATO troops arrested Radoslav Brdjanin, a senior Bosnian Serb member of Parliament and former deputy prime minister of Bosnia’s peacetime Serb Republic, for charges of operating “ethnic cleansing” against Bosnian Muslims and Croats in northwestern Bosnia in 1992.
