National Security Law Summer Training Institute

On June 1-14, 1997, the Center for National Security Law, University of Virginia School of Law will hold the Seventh Annual National Security Law Summer Training Institute for Professors and Practitioners. Among the topics covered will be: Contemporary Theory Concerning the Origins of War and "The Democratic Peace"; Aggression and Self Defense; United Nations Peacekeeping; Legal and ethical Aspects of Future War; The Proposed International criminal Court; War and Treaty Powers under the Constitution; Intelligence and Counterintelligence; and Counter-proliferation.
