Abstract:

On August 1, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecologia (SEDUE) released a working draft of the Integrated Environmental Plan. One chapter discusses the existing environmental institutional framework for the border area and discusses the status of some of the environmental enforcement in place and contemplated.
