Abstract:
On November 29, 2000, the Mexican Attorney General’s Office announced that the Federal Judicial Police agents assigned to the national Central Office Interpol Mexico served the provisional arrest warrant pending international extradition of Jorge Mendez, which the Ninth Federal District Court in the Federal District, in the municipality of Tlatlaya, in the State of Mexico, on homicide charges in Texas state court.
