Abstract:
On January 12, 2001, Jesús Guadalupe Lupa, a federal judge in Mexico City, ordered Ricardo Miguel Cavallo, 49 years of age and an Argentine national, extraditable to Spain to face charges of human rights abuses against Spaniards under Argentina’s military dictatorship two decades ago.
