Abstract: 

 

                On July 2, 2012, the Libyan government released four International Criminal Court (ICC) officials who had been detained for almost four weeks on allegations they violated Libyan law by sharing sensitive national security documents with Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the detained son of Libya’s former leader.[1]
