On May 4, 1989, Senator Kerry (D-MA) introduced the International Narcotics and Terrorism Control Act 0f 1989 to provide additional measures for the control of international drug trafficking.  This legislation is co-sponsored by Senator Adams, Moynihan, Cranston, D'Amato, Sanford, Ford and DeConcini.
