Abstract: 
            On November 14, 2012, the Justice Department (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued guidance on how prosecutors and regulators interpret and enforce the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).  The guide is signed by Lanny A. Breuer, the assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s criminal division, and Robert S. Khuzami, the SEC’s director of enforcement.[1]
