Abstract:
On February 15, 2008, Judge Jeffrey S. White, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, issued a temporary restraining order (TRO), closing the website Wikileaks. Wikileaks displays copies of documents that allegedly show offshore tax evasion and money laundering by bank clients. However, on March 5, 2008, Bank Julius Baer & Co.
