Judicial Releases Antitrust Guidelines for Criminal Prosecution of International Operations

On June 7, 1988, the U.S. Department of Justice released draft Antitrust Guidelines for International Operations, to replace a similar guide issued by the Department in 1977.  The reason for the issuance of the new guide is that the 1977 guide has become outdated by legislative changes, case law developments, and advances in economic and legal thinking.
