Italy’s Highest Court Finds German Financier Extraditable to the U.S. on Fraud Charges

 On January 10, 2014, Italy’s highest court found Florian Homm, a German financier wanted by the United States on fraud charges, extraditable to the U.S.  Homm intends to appeal to the Italian Ministry of Justice in his last effort to avoid extradition.[1]
