Abstract: 

In May 2013, the Intellectual Property Commission, an independent and bipartisan group, released a report making policy recommendations to both Congress and Obama’s administration.  These recommendations centered on both short and long-term goals aimed at curbing intellectual property theft that cost over $300 billion annually.[2]
