Abstract:
On May 8, 2012, Interpol issued a Red Notice for the arrest of Iraqi vice president Tariq al-Hashimi, who has been staying in Turkey. The Interpol Red Notice exerts more pressure on al-Hashimi and makes it more difficult for him to transfer.[1]
