Abstract: 

On July 11, 2013, the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) reversed in part the acquittal of Radovan Karadzic on Count 1 of the indictment, which charges him with genocide in certain municipalities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.[1]
