Abstract:
On October 20, 2000, the International Criminal Tribunal for War Crimes in the Former Yugoslavia issued its first subpoena to NATO, ordering it to disclose details on its detention of a Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect who claims NATO mercenaries abducted him illegally.
