ICTY Reconsiders Motion for Contempt Against Tribunal’s Prosecution and Orders Investigation

On June 29, 2010, Trial Chamber III of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia issued an order reconsidering its prior decision to stay a ruling on a 2007 motion for contempt by Vojislav Šešelj’s motion for contempt against the Tribunal’s prosecution.
