Abstract: 
On June 29, 2010, Trial Chamber III of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia issued an order reconsidering its prior decision to stay a ruling on a 2007 motion for contempt by Vojislav Šešelj’s motion for contempt against the Tribunal’s prosecution.
