Abstract:
On April 17, 2012, former pastor Jean Bosco Uwinkindi lost his appeal in the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) and was sent to Rwanda for trial, marking the first time the ICTR has sent a suspect to Rwanda for trial.[1]
