Abstract:
The International Chamber of Commerce in a policy document, entitled The Extraterritorial Application of National Laws, edited by Dieter Lange and Gary Born, has called attention to the adverse effect on international commerce of conflicts resulting from the enactment and adjudication of laws with extraterritorial effects, and most importantly, has made positive recommendations for diminishing the conflicts.
