  On January 27, 2012, Human Rights USA and the American University Washington College of Law International Human Rights Clinic, held a panel discussion and released a joint report titled “Indefensible: A Reference for Prosecuting Torture and Other Felonies Committed by U.S. Officials Following September 11th”  (The Report).
