The Committee on International Taxation, Section of International Law and Practice, American Bar Association has announced the appointment of John E. Harris as chairman, Subcommittee on Compliance, Enforcement and International Law. Mr. Harris is currently Associate Director, Office of International Affairs, U.S. Department of Justice.
